We offer a 14-day return policy, and you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and we do not accept “refund-only” requests without a product return.
For returns due to personal preference or non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee, however a flat return shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shoplbora.com with your order details and photos of the item to confirm it is in resellable condition. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return warehouse address and further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
