📦 LBORA Shipping Policy (United States)
At LBORA, every handcrafted hat is created with care — and we want it to reach you the same way. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order will arrive.
🇺🇸 FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
We're proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees. Customs and duties are fully included, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
🕐 ORDER CUTOFF & PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday enter our fulfillment queue the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotions, restocks, new launches, or peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for processing.
💡 Pre-ordered or "Archives" items will ship separately and may require 1–5 additional business days.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's typically in transit for 7–15 business days, depending on your destination within the U.S.

Transit time does not include the day your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery to remote, rural, or PO Box addresses may take additional time. Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unforeseen carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

For total peace of mind, LBORA offers an optional Package Protection plan at checkout — our extended shipping warranty that safeguards your order against the unexpected.
What's Covered
Package Protection covers your shipment in the event of:
- 📦 Loss during transit
- 🚪 Theft after delivery (porch piracy)
- 💥 Damage caused by the carrier
How It Works

Add Package Protection at checkout — it must be selected at the time of your initial purchase to be eligible.

If an issue arises, contact us at support@shoplbora.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll send a free replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
Eligibility Window
Claims must be filed between 5 and 60 days after your order date to qualify. Replacement is subject to product availability; if an item is no longer in stock, we'll offer a store credit or alternative resolution of equal value.
- Terms
LBORA Package Protection is available to U.S. residents only. - The protection holds no cash value — qualifying orders are eligible for replacement only.
- In the event you receive the original package after filing a claim, please contact us and we will provide a return label for the duplicate item.
- By purchasing Package Protection, you agree to hold LBORA harmless for any claims that may directly or indirectly arise from the use of this service. In no event shall LBORA be liable for more than the cost of the Package Protection purchased.
- LBORA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
⚠️ Without Package Protection, LBORA cannot be held responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing, or for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after the parcel leaves our warehouse.
🏠 INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LBORA is not liable for non-delivery resulting from address errors provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the original order (less any applicable return shipping fees), or you may request reshipment at your expense.
If you need to update your address after your order has shipped, contact us immediately — a rerouting fee from the carrier may apply.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We'll do our very best to accommodate changes, but please understand:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they enter the fulfillment stage.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or update it.
- For any change requests, email support@shoplbora.com as soon as possible.
